These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the okbeat platform. Please read them in full before registering, depositing, or playing any game.
Before you read the full legal text, here is a plain-English summary of the six most important areas these Terms & Conditions address for okbeat players.
You must be at least 21 years old and a natural person (not a corporation or bot) to open and operate an okbeat account. Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations impose this minimum age without exception. okbeat reserves the right to request government-issued ID proof at any time.
Each player may hold only one okbeat account. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your credentials. Sharing accounts, using proxy registrations, or operating under false identity are violations that result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.
Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from okbeat's operational capital. Deposits and withdrawals must originate from and return to payment methods registered in your verified name. okbeat does not accept deposits from third parties. All transactions are denominated in Philippine pesos.
All bonuses, free credits, cashback, and promotional rewards are subject to wagering requirements and time limits published at the time of the offer. Abusing bonus systems — including multi-accounting, staking across correlated outcomes to lock in value, or coordinating with other players — voids the bonus and may result in account suspension.
Collusion, fraud, use of automated bots or exploit software, money laundering, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes are strictly prohibited. okbeat cooperates with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and Philippine law enforcement agencies. Violators are reported and prosecuted under applicable Philippine law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts, with PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism available as a first-stage escalation path for casino-specific complaints. By using okbeat you agree to this governing framework.
Important: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and okbeat ("we," "us," "okbeat," "the Platform"). By accessing, registering, depositing funds, or playing any game on okbeat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must cease using the Platform immediately.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all other okbeat policy documents incorporated herein by reference:
2.1 By completing the okbeat registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, the okbeat Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and all game-specific rules published on the Platform.
2.2 These Terms apply to all visits to the Platform, whether or not you are logged in, and to all use of okbeat Games, financial services, promotional offers, and customer support channels.
2.3 okbeat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. See Section 15 for the amendment procedure.
2.4 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. However, note that corporate or entity accounts are not permitted under Section 3 — only natural persons may hold okbeat Accounts.
Minimum Age: 21 Years. All Philippine casino gaming, including online gaming conducted under a PAGCOR license, is restricted to persons who are 21 years of age or older. This is a non-negotiable legal requirement. okbeat will not open, maintain, or reinstate any Account where the holder is confirmed or suspected to be under 21 years of age.
3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an okbeat Account, you must:
3.2 okbeat employs automated and manual age verification procedures at registration and may request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS card, UMID, PhilSys (National ID), or other government-issued identification bearing your date of birth and photograph.
3.3 Any deposits, wagers, or winnings associated with an Account found to have been opened by an underage player will be frozen. All deposited funds will be returned (minus any bonuses credited) after investigation. Winnings generated on such an Account are forfeit.
4.1 Each Player may hold only one (1) okbeat Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances pending AMLC reporting where applicable.
4.2 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your Account profile promptly if any information changes. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms.
4.3 okbeat is required by PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to conduct KYC verification. You agree to provide the following documentation upon request:
4.4 Until KYC verification is complete, okbeat may restrict deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay on your Account. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period specified in the relevant notice may result in Account suspension.
4.5 okbeat reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) on any Account where the volume or pattern of transactions triggers suspicious activity indicators under applicable AML rules, regardless of whether the standard KYC process has been completed.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password, two-factor authentication codes, and any biometric login mechanisms. You must not share your login details with any third party.
5.2 okbeat will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or customer support chat. Any communication purporting to request your okbeat password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to okbeat support immediately.
5.3 You agree to notify okbeat immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. okbeat's support team is available 24/7. Upon verified notification, okbeat will take appropriate steps including temporary Account suspension while the security investigation is conducted.
5.4 Subject to Section 5.3, okbeat shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized Account access where such access results from the Player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials or their failure to enable available security features such as two-factor authentication.
6.1 okbeat accepts deposits in Philippine pesos via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, other InstaPay/PesoNet-connected banks, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction, per day, and per month depending on your Account verification level and VIP tier.
6.2 All deposits must originate from a payment account or bank account registered in your own verified name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. okbeat reserves the right to return any deposit suspected to have originated from a third party and to request documentation establishing the source of funds.
6.3 Deposits are credited to your okbeat wallet upon confirmation of receipt by the relevant payment processor. Processing times vary: GCash and Maya deposits are typically instant; bank transfers may take 15–60 minutes depending on the network and time of day.
6.4 okbeat does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or mobile carrier may apply fees independent of okbeat. You are responsible for any such third-party charges.
6.5 okbeat reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable prior notice. Changes to available payment methods do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
7.1 Players may request a withdrawal of their available balance (excluding locked bonus credits subject to active wagering requirements) at any time after KYC verification is complete. The minimum withdrawal is ₱100.
7.2 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, consistent with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering return-to-source requirements. If the original payment method is unavailable, okbeat will coordinate with you to establish an alternative method subject to additional verification.
7.3 Standard processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within an average of 10 minutes for verified Accounts; bank transfers are processed within 15–30 minutes during standard banking hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Philippine Time). Large withdrawal amounts above a threshold established by okbeat's compliance team may require additional processing time consistent with AML obligations.
7.4 okbeat reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending completion of an AML review, a dispute investigation, or a KYC verification request. During any such suspension, the Player's Account balance will be held intact and no deductions will be made except as permitted under these Terms or by regulatory order.
7.5 Withdrawal requests may be declined where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct under these Terms. Such decisions are subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism under Section 16.
8.1 okbeat may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, VIP rewards, and other promotional incentives. Each offer is governed by specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8.2 Unless a specific bonus offer states otherwise, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement of a minimum of 30× the bonus amount before any portion of bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer. Unused bonus credits and associated winnings expire upon the end of the validity period.
8.3 Bonuses are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned. Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
8.4 okbeat reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where abuse is detected. Abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer; placing bets on both sides of an outcome to neutralize risk while completing wagering requirements; using automated software to fulfill wagering requirements; and coordinating with other Players to exploit offer mechanics.
8.5 okbeat may amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Reasonable notice will be given where possible. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of its cancellation will be entitled to complete the promotion under the terms in effect at the time of opt-in, unless the cancellation is necessitated by regulatory directive.
9.1 All games offered on the okbeat Platform utilize certified random number generators (RNG) for non-live-dealer games. RNG systems are tested and certified by independent accredited testing laboratories as required by PAGCOR. Live dealer games are conducted in real-time from professional studios with physical dealing equipment subject to the same regulatory oversight as land-based casino tables.
9.2 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including but not limited to server disconnection, software error, or network failure — okbeat's technical team will review the incident. Where the malfunction affects the outcome of a wager, okbeat's decision after investigation is final and binding, subject to PAGCOR's dispute mechanism.
9.3 Game-specific rules, including minimum and maximum bet limits, payout tables, side bet rules, and jackpot trigger conditions, are displayed within each game interface. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a real-money wager.
9.4 Sports betting markets are offered in accordance with standard international sportsbook rules. okbeat reserves the right to void any bet where a market is offered in error, where the price is clearly incorrect, or where there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation or other corrupt activity.
10.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbeat Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities:
10.2 okbeat cooperates fully with the Philippine National Police (PNP), the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and PAGCOR's enforcement division. Suspicious activity reports are filed as required by law without prior notice to the subject Player.
11.1 All content on the okbeat Platform — including but not limited to the okbeat brand name, logo, domain names, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of okbeat or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational gaming purposes consistent with these Terms. No other license or right is granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without express written consent from okbeat.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, okbeat's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim; or (b) the amount directly at issue in the specific claim.
12.2 okbeat shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress, regardless of whether okbeat was advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.3 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." okbeat does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
13.1 okbeat is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimizing the risk of problem gambling among its players. In accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements, the following tools are available to all Players:
13.2 If you believe your gambling is becoming harmful, please activate self-exclusion immediately through your Account settings or by contacting okbeat's responsible gaming support team. You may also contact the PAGCOR Responsible Gaming Hotline for free, confidential assistance.
13.3 All Players must be 21 years of age or older. See Section 3 for the full eligibility and age verification requirements.
14.1 You may request closure of your okbeat Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus credits) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any pending KYC or AML review.
14.2 okbeat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion where:
14.3 Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a suspected Terms breach, okbeat will hold any associated balance pending the outcome of its investigation. If the breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part as permitted by applicable law and PAGCOR regulations. If the breach is not confirmed, balances will be released.
15.1 okbeat may amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or Account notification at least seven (7) days before the effective date, except where earlier implementation is required to comply with a PAGCOR directive or applicable law.
15.2 The current version of these Terms is always available on the okbeat Platform. The effective date shown at the top of this document indicates the most recent revision. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
15.3 If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
16.1 These Terms and all matters arising out of or in connection with your use of the okbeat Platform are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
16.2 In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact okbeat's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. okbeat aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism for licensed online gaming operators. PAGCOR's decision in relation to any such dispute is final and binding on okbeat.
16.4 For disputes not covered by PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
17.1 For general inquiries, technical support, account assistance, or to submit a formal complaint, you may contact the okbeat customer support team through the in-platform live chat, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
17.2 For email correspondence, the okbeat support address is displayed in the footer of this website as plain text. Please include your registered account name, a clear description of your issue, and any relevant supporting information to enable prompt handling of your inquiry.
17.3 Formal written complaints regarding alleged breaches of these Terms by okbeat should be submitted to okbeat's compliance team via the email address in the footer. okbeat acknowledges receipt of formal complaints within two (2) business days and provides a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
These Terms & Conditions were last updated and are effective as of January 1, 2026. They supersede all prior versions of the okbeat Terms & Conditions. The authoritative version of this document is in English. Any translation provided for convenience is non-binding. okbeat is operated under a license granted by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
